I am Tsewang Chodon, born in a tiny Tibetan settlement in Pokhara, Nepal.
When I immigrated to Toronto, I had the opportunity to introduce and promote Tibetan Momos, which are dumplings. I really enjoy serving and sharing my knowledge on Tibetan dishes at Farmers’ Markets across the city.
We serve both vegetarian and beef Momos cooked on the site, with the option to add hot sauce and salad. Our ingredients come from local farmers. Our aim is to introduce and promote Tibetan dishes and serve healthy and fresh food to our customers.
